From the First Conversation to the Final Detail -- Here's What to Expect

It starts with a conversation. Once we've established we're the right fit, we get to work — drafting your initial space plan, walking through our visual experience exercise, establishing your project budget, building out mood boards, finalizing selections, and sourcing every material, finish, and furnishing. By the end of this phase, the vision is locked in and everything is ready to build.

This is the phase most designers skip. We don't. Once the design is finalized, we create detailed drawings and spec sheets for your contractor, help you review bids, and handle all sourcing, ordering, and logistics. Every item is tracked. Every delivery is managed. You won't be chasing down orders or wondering where things stand — that's our job!

Do you work with my existing contractor or architect?
Every project is different depending on scope, scale, and build complexity. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your discovery call and keep you updated throughout the process so there are never any surprises.
How long does a typical project take?
Everything. Design, planning, contractor coordination, procurement, site visits, and problem resolution — all managed by us from start to finish. Most clients never know what went sideways on their project because we handled it before it ever reached them.
What does full project management actually include?
Yes. We work with clients virtually and bring the exact same standard — the same bold point of view, the same precision, the same commitment to getting it right. Great design doesn't have a zip code.
Do you offer virtual design services?
Fill out our inquiry form. We respond within 24–48 hours to schedule your free 20-minute discovery call. From there, we take it one step at a time.
How do we get started?
On our 20 minute discovery call, we'll go over your project and get to know eachother! If you have inspiration images, a Pinterest board, floor plans, or any photos of your existing space — have those ready. If you don't have any of that yet, that's completely fine too!
